Robyn Paige

Meet Robyn, passionate Owner & Events Director, Yoga Teacher, E-RYT 500, and Reiki Master Practitioner here at Finger Lakes Yogascapes.

For Robyn, yoga is all about connection, whether it be to self, the community, or a deeper level of self-discovery.  She loves empowering others to live and dream BIG, jump into uncertainty, get a little messy and find their true path. By hosting FLY events, her goal is to create safe, fun experiences that cultivate connection while also holding space for self-care and deeper self-awareness. In addition to FLY, she owns Free Spirit ROC, a Rochester- based healing space for Reiki energy healing and training.
